Note: Overtime sessions are for remote support only.
Please book a Remote Session or an In-Person Session if you need help during normal business hours, (Weekdays, 9-5 Pacific Time).
Overtime Help is always scheduled for a 1-hour block of time - just in case we need it.
If work is completed within the first half-hour, the remainder of the blocked time is not billed for.
Longer appointment times are available upon request - just ask when booking and I’ll set it up.
For Zoom meetings, please familiarize yourself with Zoom prior to our meeting time, if necessary.
